Chef Santi Taura had a passion for food and cooking from an early age. After completing his training he worked across the island in hotels and restaurants before opening his own hugely popular restaurant in Lloseta in 2003. But the call to bring his style of cooking to the capital won over with the recent opening of DINS.
Situated in the atmospheric Calatrava district with its cobbled streets and Moorish roots the restaurant is located in the chic El LLorenç Parc de la Mar Hotel.
With its lofty pool and restaurant terrace and sweeping views of the Bay of Palma to savour , the icing on the cake came when this their signature Restaurant DINS Santi Taura was awarded a Michelin Star.

Open to residents and non residents DINS Santi Taura offers a tasting menu comprising of no less than 11 courses which will take you on a culinary journey with recipes that represent the gastronomic history of Mallorca using seasonal products. Culinary heritage on a plate.
Feast on meatballs with pulpo, followed by Santi Taura´s interpretation of suckling pig, divine. The cheese course is optional but if you have room it is a highlight . The wine pairing is additional, but worth it.
