Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa boasts four restaurants and bars. At the heart of the resort is the ONA à la carte restaurant with panoramic sea views, headed up by chef César García de la Riva, whose menu offers contemporary dishes and fire-led cooking serving dishes with Mallorcan flavours.

César has worked at among of Spain’s finest kitchens, including Echaurren under Francis Paniego and Martín Berasategui: one of the Basque Country’s most renowned restaurants.

The MANTRA buffet restaurant is a go-to for relaxed breakfasts and dinners with both inside and outside dining areas. Expect live cooking stations, bold flavours from across the globe including Japan, Peru, Mexico, Italy and the Middle East.

Wellbeing is a key element of the Purobeach concept. The Wellness Suite has three treatment rooms and an extensive Massage menu as well as detoxifying body rituals and sun repair treatments using cooling peppermint, which can be paired with a soothing anti-sun and renew facial.
