Something Different

It’s an added bonus to have a pool in any city hotel, but this courtyard terraced pool is special. On one side you are neighbours with a church and on the other this striking 500 year old building.

The pool and terrace offers a sun trap for sun worshippers or a shaded pergola for those who are not…with a refreshment in hand, indulge yourself in this secluded corner, which may have you trapped for much longer than you intended ! With the added bonus of being heated in the low season, you will always have the opportunity to plunge.

What's Special

Restaurant Xalest is headed up by chef  Xema Álvarez who wowed judges at the 2019 TaPalma and won, beating 50 top chefs in the city.

His menu at Restaurant Xalest offers a colourful array of Mediterranean tapas and signature dishes. His non-fussy approach ensures that this is a relaxing place to dine. Arrive early and bag a spot on a bar stool at Bar Xalest and peruse the menu at leisure.

Mix and match your dishes – typical Spanish sharing plates and there is so much choice. Also a fabulous selection of local wines. Finish off with the perfectly traditional Spanish dessert of Crema Catalana.
