Hotel Nixe Palace
Hotel Nixe Palace, the grande dame of Palma hotels, sits proudly in its enviable seafront position, just a quick 6 km taxi ride from downtown Palma and yet feels a world away. 
Opened in 1954 when space was not at such a premium, this hotel is palatial. Welcomed by the friendly and attentive staff at reception, you will be in holiday mode from the moment you see the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean from the hotel terrace.
The bedrooms are laid out over five floors, in several categories including Classic city or seaview, Premium and Superior Seaview with balconies or terraces, several suites with sea views and the Royal suite is vast at over 100 m2. All rooms are flooded with coastal light, are spacious and all sea facing rooms were refurbished in 2024.
The outdoor pool on the first floor is heated, flanked with sunbeds and is the perfect place to while away the hours. Connected by a grand staircase, you can alternate been a sea swim and a pool swim. The white sand beach, furnished with sunbeds, is serviced by a beach team from the hotel.
There are three restaurants, a free kids club (open in the summer months from 12.00 -19.00) and an excellent spa area , heated indoor pool, jacuzzi and four treatment rooms. There is also a brand new solar energy heated outdoor pool.

What's Special
The dedicated team at the hotel have delivered outstanding service for decades. The General Manager, Francisco Serrano del Valle, began his career as a Nixe bellboy, quickly saw himself promoted to receptionist and has been part of the team for 23 years. Speaking Swedish, French, English, German, Spanish and Catalan, he has developed lasting relationships with many of the guests who return year after year.
Restaurants
Breakfast, which can be included in the room price, is served in the Santamar room from 7.00am -10.30am.
Enjoy a delicious hot and cold buffet breakfast either inside or in the warmer months, outside on the terrace with views of the beach.
The Bistro restaurant is open all year round, overlooking Cala Mayor. A selection of light food is served, such as snacks, sandwiches and salads. Open from 12.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.
The hotel lobby bar is open for drinks and cocktails accompanied by live piano music (from 8.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m.). Open from 11.00 a.m. to 1.30 a.m.
