Something Different
Eating a cleansing, healthy diet supports yoga and its natural detoxing effect and a vegetarian diet promotes ahimsa, respect for the sanctity of all living creatures, an embedded part of yogic philosophy. If you are staying a few days then wander out for supper and try East 26 Restaurant which also offers a good selection for vegetarians and vegans.
What's Special
Journey here to enjoy this sanctuary and, whether you are new to yoga or an old hand, enjoy the experience of more than just a feel-good exercise. A well-chosen yoga and meditation retreat can help you tone up and energise the body, release stress and anxiety and allow you to reconnect with yourself in a short space of time.
The location of a retreat is often the key and Cal Reiet will not disappoint. In addition to the classes, soak up plenty of fresh air in this rural corner of Mallorca. Being just a stones throw from the picturesque village of Santanyi with its quaint streets and classy cafés and shops and just minutes away from a wide variety of calas, coves and powder-white sandy beaches, you can pretty much say that Cal Reiet has ticked all the boxes.
