Restaurant 365 is a fine dining experience you will not want to miss and should be on your `to do´ list whilst you in Mallorca.

Situated in the luxury family-run Son Brull Hotel just outside Pollensa, Head Chef Rafel Perelló is passionate about the authenticity of his ingredients. In his cooking he is keen to use as many local organic fruit and vegetables as possible (most of which is grown on the estate’s 40-acre certified organic farm) as well to showcase the heritage and tradition of the island´s produce.

Rafel´s first job at a bakery assisting the pastry chefs triggered  his interest in food and there began his culinary journey working in restaurants that have been awarded Michelin stars around Europe before he returning to his native Mallorca and joining the team at Restaurant 3/65.

Restaurant 3/65, which is open in the evenings, offers two tasting menus of seven courses each. The first tasting menu is `the seasonal´ capturing typical Mallorcan products with a modern twist such as butifarrón with apple on Xeixa blinis and suckling pig with roasted garlic and laurel potato. The second tasting is the `vegetable garden menu´ built on the premise that vegetable products on the island do not need fish or meat because their flavour and taste mean they can stand alone such as cauliflower with hazelnut and truffle and risotto with black chanterelle mushrooms. There is also an á la carte offering choices following the same theme of authenticity.

The dining room at restaurant 365 is situated below stairs and entered through a huge archway, offers a cool interior of exposed brick walls and crisp white linens which spills out onto a terrace, weather permitting overlooking the valley of Pollensa where you can sit under the stars in this rural location.

There is a comprehensive wine list compiled in conjunction with one of the family members offering both international and home grown wines.

So whatever the Mallorcan weather, whether it be a cool evening in February where you feel like being cosseted in the warmth or a steamy autumn night when you want to sit out under the stars, this is a culinary experience not to be missed.
