Bonnie Lass Charters

Built in Scotland in 1949 and fishing for herring, salmon and dredging for scallops, Bonnie Lass was put out to pasture in the maritime museum in La Rochelle until she was reimagined as a smart day charter boat and is now the coolest in the pack.

Brought to her new home of Port de Sóller by Pete Lucas, the brains behind the idea, who took on the challenge of bringing her back to a seaworthy condition with an extensive refit.

Fancy a half , full day charter or a sunset cruise?

Cruising into November and taking bookings already for March, do not be fooled that exploring by water is only a summer pastime. Sun-lovers can lounge on the foredeck, with or without blankets.

Bonnie Lass and Heather Grace can glide you out of the Port for a half or full day or sunset cruise. Prices for Bonnie Lass start at €1100 to €1400 for a half day depending on the season.

With room aboard on each boat for up to 10 guests, Pete’s years of knowledge of sailing this coastline enables you to explore the remote and secret cala’s of Mallorca’s north coast.

On full day excursions lunch options on shore could include a trip south out of the harbour of Port de Sóller to the amazing headland of Sa Foradada to chow down on paella cooked over an open fire at the cliff-top Restaurant Sa Foradada, accessible only by boat, or north out of the harbour to Restaurant Es Vergeret in Cala Tuent.

On board catering can be included with full menu including a sumptuous offering  of locally grown produce, salads and BBQ feast from on a Big Green Egg.

With an array of water toys, including paddleboards and snorkelling gear and the infamous rope swing, there is always plenty to keep you occupied.
